Florida HOA Advocacy Services was created with one purpose:
to empower Florida condo and HOA residents with the information, tools, and guidance they need to stand up against unfair, abusive, or misleading practices from their associations.

For years, many Florida homeowners have been told the same thing:

“The HOA can do whatever it wants.”

This is not true.

Florida law gives residents clear rights — but most people don’t know them, and most HOAs count on that lack of knowledge.
Our mission is to break the myths, expose the truth, and help homeowners understand how to protect themselves.
